CYNTHIA RINGO JOINS DBL INVESTORS AS MANAGING PARTNER
SAN FRANCISCO, CA.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DBL Investors today announced that Cynthia Ringo has recently joined the firm as a Managing Partner. Cynthia will help manage all aspects of DBL Investors’ operations and investing activity.

For the last nearly six years, Cynthia has served as a Managing Director at VantagePoint Venture Partners, and was the Group Leader for the Communications, Systems, Internet and Media Practice. While at VantagePoint Cynthia’s group invested in over 40 companies and she served as a board member for Entrisphere, Klipsh, Tymphany, Widevine, LiveScribe, Provina and Meriton.
A recognized leader in the Communications field, Cynthia served as the CEO of Coppercom, a next-generation network switching company, taking the company from pre-revenue and five employees to an industry leader in two new communications markets. Prior to Coppercom Cynthia was the SVP of Corporate Development and Business Units at networking company Madge Networks where she was responsible for three business units with $400 million revenue and 500 employees, and identified and negotiated acquisitions worth over $500 million.
